Panja Resort Palawan, Puerto Princesa direct Booking Agreement



These are the Booking Terms and Conditions that apply to direct bookings with Panja Resort Palawan (“the Resort”). You can book by clicking on one of the BOOK THIS SUITE/ROOM buttons on the Accommodation page of our website at and find these terms and conditions at ("the Website").


Please read this Booking Agreement carefully as you will be legally bound by these conditions once you book. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions amends or affects your statutory rights.


When you make a booking, you are legally deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions.


Provision of Information


The Website contains information about the rooms, facilities and services of the Resort. While the Resort will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the accuracy of available information, the Resort shall not be liable for any discrepancy, error or omission. The Resort does not make any representation or warranty, express or implied of any kind regarding the information and shall not be liable for any damages that transpire whatsoever.




1. Your Booking


On completion of the booking process the booking facility will transmit an online confirmation and your booking is only valid when a booking confirmation number has been issued.


2. Resort Pricing


Prices indicated on the Website for Resort rooms are subject to availability. All taxes are included in the prices quoted on the Website.


Resort pricing conditions:


  • Discount - None.
  • Available - Anytime.
  • Refund of one night deposit:
    • Full refund if canceled up to and including 14 days before stay.
    • 75% refund if canceled 3 to 13 days inclusive before stay.
    • 50% refund if canceled  1 to 3 days before stay.
    • No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before arrival date or in the event of a no show.
  • Payment - Deposit paid via PayPal. Balance paid in cash or by credit card.
  • Deposit - A minimum of 1 night's accommodation will be charged.
  • Booking - Will be taken by clicking one of the BOOK THIS SUITE/ROOM buttons on the Accommodation page of our website at
  • Minimum stay - 1 night


If any refund is owed, the amount less any applicable fees will be refunded via PayPal within 15 business days. The Resort cannot refund fees charged by your credit or debit card company for transactions.


3. Rate and Booking Validity


Booking confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience.  The Resort retains records of all booking transactions including dates of stay and room rates. In the event of any discrepancy, alteration, modification or variation between your confirmation document and the Resort's official records, the Resort's records shall prevail. Tampering with a confirmation to alter the room rates or any other information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.


4. Check-In and Check-Out


Check-in is available from 2.00pm on the first day of your stay and check-out is required by 12.00 Midday on the last day of your stay.


Late check-out from 12.00 Midday to 5.30pm (if available) will be charged at 50% of the daily room rate.


Late check-out after 5.30pm (if available) will be charged at the full daily room rate.


5. Early Departure


The Resort will require full payment for your as booked stay in the event that you depart before the previously booked check-out date.


6. Currency


Bookings will be charged in Philippine Peso (₱), the Resort's local currency. Any currency conversion shown is for guidance only. Any refund of a payment will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.


7. Overbooking


In the event a guest cannot be accommodated due to the Resort overbooking or due to an unforeseen circumstance, the Resort will attempt to accommodate guests, at its own expense, at a comparable property in the area for the night or nights for which the Resort is unable to accommodate such guests. In this unlikely event, the Resort will arrange and pay for transportation to that property.


8. Travel Insurance


We strongly advise our guests to purchase travel insurance once you have confirmed your booking with our Resort. This should include full medical cover, including for planned hiking, outdoor and adventure activities.


If our guests opt not to purchase such travel insurance the Resort accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses of guests property at our resort (there is a locking safe for valuables in each room)
  • Injury to or illness of guests whilst staying at the Resort
  • Injury to or illness of guests whilst on any tours organized by the Resort


10. Special Requests


Once booked any special request should be made to the Resort by email to The Resort cannot guarantee that your request will be possible or honored.

11. Dogs & Pets


No dogs or other pets are allowed on the property of the Resort at any time or under any circumstances.


12. Guest Obligations


You agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees and other amounts arising out of your booking when due. Any violation of the Resort's conditions may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any money paid for the booking. The Resort may also charge you for any expenses it incurs as a result of any such violations or damages.


In the unlikely event that a problem arises during and related to your stay in the Resort, you should immediately raise the problem with the management who will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. To ensure your satisfaction, the Resort will aim to address any issue immediately.


13. Intellectual Property


Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on the Website or at the Resort remains with the Resort. Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material from the Website is permitted solely for private use for the purpose of booking stays at the Resort.


14. Force Majeure


The Resort will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any booking or payment that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences or causes beyond the control of the Resort. Such events, occurrences or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, and any earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, fire and explosions, whether occurring at or near the Resort or at any other locations.


15. Limitations


The Resort is not responsible for any communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of communications.  Furthermore, the Resort is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by user(s), by any of the equipment or programming, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information. The Resort shall not be liable for any such damages whatsoever resulting from any of the foregoing situations.


The Resort may cancel, modify and report bookings to the relevant authorities, when it appears that a user has engaged in fraudulent, criminal or other inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the bookings contain or resulted from a mistake or error.


16. Governing Law


This Booking Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes. If a term of this Booking Agreement is ruled invalid, all other terms shall still apply. You should contact the Resort about any disputes.


17. Guest Emails


By making a booking, you give permission for the Resort to contact you by email. To ensure all emails are received, we recommend adding our URL to your safe senders list.
